This is the aquarium that we spent most of the weekend setting up. It is about 8 ft. long! It is owned by a friend of mine, named John. We have 6 catfish, 2 big goldfish, and about 8 perch. The water finallly cleared up today so that everything could be seen.
One evening Mike came over so that I could help him paper tune his bow. While here he ate supper with us and went back outside before I did. He came back in saying there were doves on our powerline. I retrieved my 20 guage and went to shoot them but didn't want too off of the power line. Finally, they flew into my ditch. I had Devon turn Hunter loose and when he finally heeled I shot one of the doves (it wasn't on the ground anymore). Hunter jumped because he had not seen the birds. I sent him after the bird which he had to find by sent only. When he realized it was a real bird, he was ready for more. He didn't want to turn loose of it.Opening day of dove season, Mike and I both shot our limits of dove. Game wardens told us that over 1600 birds were shot in their two fields. The next evening I took Devon, Landyn, and Courtney out to hunt the evening. The wind blew 30 mph and there were just a few birds. Mike shot one bird and they were able to see what one was up close.
